Good Karma in Park City, Utah

A couple months ago Ben and I went to Good Karma in Park City. Normally I would have just given up on writing a review but since there aren't very many good vegan places in Park City I wanted to make sure I wrote about this one. Good Karma isn't vegetarian or vegan but had quite a few options on their menu. They're also open for breakfast but I'm not sure how vegan-friendly it is.

Overall, I was happy with the food we got at Good Karma. My one criticism is that it could use more salt and spices. The food was generally kind of bland, but it was very healthful and a good price.

I got the Punjabi Vegetarian Kebab (above) which was cumin scented marinated grilled vegetables infused with herb garlic oil and ginger over minted cous cous. Pretty good, like the veggies and the cous cous together. But again, not enough flavor.

Ben got some kind of tofu/curry dish which was equally as good. Though it had hardly any rice so it wasn't too filling. The flavors were good and the tofu was cooked well, but would have liked more flavor.

In the end, I would have to say that despite its faults, Good Karma is still my favorite restaurant in Park City. If I'm feeling a little less healthy I'd probably go to Squatters, but Good Karma is a great option. 4/5 (location taken into account)
